 It’s the Holidays, lets have a party!!! 
And you are cordially invited! The Holidays are a time to feast, and man are we doing that!  This year, Chef Anne Lee revisits some of her favorite traditional holiday dishes, and reinvents them in to insanely scrumptious sensations at Castle Gourmet Dining’s Holiday Dinner Party. Join us in December for 7 (yes 7!) courses in a prix fixe plant based feast and celebration!

~Winter Greens, Fennel, Feta ‘Cheese’, Pomegranate, and Candied Pecan in a Maple Miso Balsamic dressing
~Curried Squash Soup, Black Pepper Sour Cream, Crunchy Caper Fries
~Roasted Red Beet and Garlic Gelee, Caramelized Brussels Sprouts, Crispy Quinoa
~Sweet Potato and Celeriac Au Gratin, Frizzled Leeks, Parsley Oil
~Saged Lentil Walnut Bake, Caramelized Onion, Mushroom Reduction and Roasted Red Pepper Sauce. Served with Cranberry Chutney.
