First: Baby Spring Vegetable Salad – Heart of Palm, Sweet Roasted Carrot, Pickled Beet,  Baby Radish, Garlic Ramps, Spring Onion,  Frilly Mustard, Grape Tomato, Blood Orange, Basil, Tulip.

Second: Tarragon infused Green Pea Soup, Pickled Red Onion, Shiitake Bacon, Garlic Crème Fraiche, Pea Sprouts

Main: Creamy Saffron Polenta, Spring Vegetable Ragout, Zucchini Crisp, Fried New Potatoes, Herb Chutney, Goddess Sauce, Almond, Olive Oil Crumbles

Dessert: Strawberry Rhubarb Shortcake, Pistachio Rosewater Ice Cream, Coconut Cream, Green Tea, Balsamic Reduction
