Finalized menu, Wine pairing, and next month's love affair

The farmers have been good to us this month! Those that were able to secure a spot at this months dinner are lucky, because the menu is stellar, and the wine paired by Silverlake Wine Shop stands up to it.

Salad: Crisp Chicory and Winter Vegetable Salad ~ Sunchoke, Blueberry and Sweet Pea, Candied Hazelnut Crunches, Mandarin Apple Vinaigrette
 
Start: Mediterranean Tart Trio ~ Spicy Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Matbucha, Caramelized Onion, and Olive & Fig Tapenade Tartlets
 
Main: Eggplant Parmesan Timbale with Walnut Pesto Sauce, Celery Root and Sweet Potato Gratin, Seared King Oyster Mushroom Scallops
 
Dessert: Lemon Olive Oil Cake, Rosemary Ice Cream

February Event

We’re already gearing up for our next dinner party in February! We are taking inspiration from the celebration of February as the month of love and St. Valentine, and we we’ll be presenting a menu of duets. The date will be Sunday Feb 26. We are not yet taking reservations for this event, but if you are interested please let us know and we can add you to the wait list, as we predict the event to fill up incredibly fast.
