  • Our Second Scent Pairing with Art and Olfaction – October 3rd

    Castle Gourmet Dining, The Institute for Art and Olfaction and Thank You For Coming present ‘Stop and Smell Your Dinner’– a scented, four-course popup dinner.

    We’re excited to bring you our second scented dinner collaboration with your local favorite perfume non-profit – the Institute for Art and Olfaction . Chef Anne Lee of Castle Gourmet Dining returns teaming up with IAO’s Saskia Wilson-Brown to create illuminating, complementary scent pairings.

    If you came to our last collaboration dinner, you know what happens when you pair up excellent food and some seriously considered scent: Sensorial magic.

    As if that weren’t enough: We’re also teaming up with the Atwater Village based food collective and art space Thank You For Coming. Thank You For Coming is a collectively-run restaurant that is home to an artist-in-residence program. The evening will be hosted by the delightful Phyllis Navidad.
