Sunday, March 17th Castle Gourmet’s DINNER UNDERGROUND is back! Join us next month in an extra special St Patrick’s Day celebration. You won’t see any dyed green foods at this event! What you will see is a gala of Irish foods and spirit. We haven’t announced the menu yet, but I’ve been working hard on it, and I’m very excited about it. One of the dishes is called Potato… Lets just say it includes fresh made sweet potato gnocchi, seared blue potato pancakes, yellow potato crisps and creamy white potato sauce. Sound good? It is. Full menu coming soon!!! It promises to be an innovative and artfully crafted menu with an optional thoughtfully paired wine tasting.
