    1ST COURSE – FAUX GRAS, 2 WAYS – MUSHROOM & WALNUT MOUSSE, TRUFFLE & CHAMBORD PATÉ. SERVED W/ PORT WINE REDUCTION & PICKLED PEAR.

    2ND COURSE – THE HOUSE OF FRENCH ONION SOUP.
    EXECUTIVE REALNESS COURSE – THE LEGENDARY CARAMELIZED CAULIFLOWER & SHITAKE BACON TART, ROASTED RED PEPPER SAUCE, GRILLED ASPARAGUS AND FIG SALAD.

    DESSERT – PASSIONATE PLUM PARFAIT, CHERRIES CONFIT, CHOCOLATE ALMOND CRISP.



    All items are fresh, organic, and meat and animal product free.
